SPFortless is a mineral based non-nano sunscreen.

Is SPFortless pregnancy and breastfeeding safe?

While none of our ingredients have been marked as unsafe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we always recommend checking with your doctor before using any products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Does SPFortless contain fragrances?

SPFortless is fragrance-free.

Does Woro Beauty test on animals?

No, Woro Beauty is cruelty-free and SPFortless is proudly Leaping Bunny Certified.

Is SPFortless safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, SPForless is safe for sensitive and acne prone skin.

Where are Woro Beauty products made?

SPFortless is proudly made in the USA.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Economy Shipping

All economy orders will be charged a $5 flat fee for shipping.

Express Shipping

All express orders will be charged a $20 flat fee for shipping.

How long will my order take to ship?

Woro Beauty processes and ships orders via ground shipping, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We will always aim to ship your order 2-3 business days after you placed your order, but please allow for up to 5 days for your order to ship. All orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take a couple of hours for tracking to show updates after the label has been created.

Where does Woro Beauty ship to?

For now, Woro Beauty only ships to the US.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team immediately at hello@worobeauty.com with your order number and we will do our best to address your cancellation request but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

For any returns, please reach out to hello@worobeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and someone from the team will be in touch to help. Please make sure to include your order number in the email, and note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Subscription

How do I sign up for a subscription?

You can sign up for a subscription directly on the SPFortless product page.

Is there a discount on a subscription?

Yes! We are happy to offer you a 13% discount on SPFortless when you sign up for a subscription.

How does the subscription program work?

Our subscription program allows you to easily replenish SPFortless every 2 months. Create or log in to your account to manage your frequency, delivery and/or quantity. You can also cancel your subscription in your account at any time. You will receive a 13% discount on all subscription orders.

How do I change, cancel, or skip my subscription order?

For all changes regarding your subscription, please log on to your account. You can also reach out to hello@worobeauty.com for help regarding your subscription.

How does billing work?

The credit card on your account will be charged once your item ships.
